What counts as a COI? + −
Every certificate document delivered to a holder counts as one COI. Drafts, voids, and previewed-but-not-sent certificates don't count against your monthly limit.
Do I pay per agent? + −
STARTER caps at 3 users; CORE and PRO are unlimited. No per-seat fee at any tier.
Annual vs. monthly — what's the catch? + −
None. Annual is billed once at signup with a 20% discount. Cancel any time, refund pro-rated for the unused months.
What happens if I exceed my COI limit? + −
We email you at 80% and 100%. Above 100%, overage is billed at a per-cert rate published in your dashboard — or upgrade tiers. Service never interrupts.
Can I switch tiers later? + −
Upgrade any time, pro-rated. Downgrade at the next renewal.
Do you offer a non-profit or agency-association discount? + −
